Two behavioral scientists with extensive experience helping organizations and communities apply the insights of their field to real-world challenges -- Crystal Hall of the University of Washington and Mindy Hernandez of the World Resources Institute -- posit that the ways that most applied behavioral science interventions work in practice have perpetuated unjust systems. In a lunchtime seminar on Thursday, February 6, Hall and Hernandez (both Princeton alumnae) will discuss their ideas for counteracting this practice as outlined in their new book Antiracist by Design: Reimagining Applied Behavioral Science.
