Danny Cullenward is an economist and lawyer focused on the scientific integrity of climate policy. He is a Senior Fellow with the Kleinman Center for Energy Policy at the University of Pennsylvania, a member of the Independent Standards Board of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, and the vice chair of California’s carbon market advisory committee. His book, Making Climate Policy Work (with David G. Victor), shows how political forces make green industrial policy more effective than carbon pricing. Dr. Cullenward holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a PhD in Environment and Resources from Stanford University.

The David Bradford Energy and Environmental Policy Seminar Series is coordinated by the Center for Policy Research on Energy and the Environment (C-PREE), and co-sponsored by the High Meadows Environmental Institute (HMEI).
