Join us in celebrating a remarkable milestone—50 years of the Princeton Program on Science and Global Security!

The Princeton Program on Science and Global Security invites you to celebrate 50 years of our Program through a conversation with Frank von Hippel about his new memoir “Ending the Nuclear Arms Race: A Physicist’s Quest,” followed by a reception

Frank von Hippel co-founded the Program on Science and Global Security in 1974 together with Harold Feiveson. The Program combines scientific, technical and policy research, education, and action to advance national and international policies in support of nuclear arms control, nonproliferation, and disarmament, and address emerging challenges from disruptive technologies with the potential to threaten global security.

This event will take place on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 from 4:30PM to 6:00PM with a reception to follow in the Bernstein Gallery from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. This is part of a series of events for the 50th year of the Program.

Registration for this event is required. Please register by March 28, 2025.
