Transforming Governance works with the political and bureaucratic leadership of states across India to solve complex governance challenges in domains such as agriculture, education, employment, public service delivery and skilling, among others. Set up in 2012, Samagra is currently working in 4 states and driving 9 state-wide transformations, while also working with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and NITI Aayog at the Centre. Samagra has developed a unique consulting approach which combines top-down management consulting for problem structuring with a bottom-up understanding of the Indian governance ecosystem for designing solutions, while leveraging data and technology to enable the implementation of its solutions.
