Abe Silverman is Assistant General Counsel for NRG Energy, Inc., in charge of regulatory issues. Abe develops NRG’s regulatory strategy and works on a host of wholesale market and distributed generation issues. He regularly appears before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, as well as before various state agencies and each of the ISOs/RTOs.
