Dr. Gladden Pappin is president of the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs, a foreign policy research institute attached to the Prime Minister’s Office. A political theorist by training, he received his AB in history and PhD in government from Harvard. Prior to moving to Hungary, he was associate professor at the University of Dallas, and cofounded American Affairs as well as Postliberal Order.
