This workshop will provide a forum to present and discuss new research that comes at the problem of low/unequal voter turnout from a variety of perspectives (observational, natural experimental, and experimental). The goals are threefold: 1.) to simply bring folks together to discuss this new research 2.) to think about how the research presented might be lend itself to future experimental research and 3.) to think about how this research speaks to public policies designed to target low/unequal voter turnout.
