The undeclared war in southeastern Ukraine has entered its fifth year and shows little sign of abating. To help us think critically about this momentous global conflict, Ambassador Volodymyr Yelchenko, the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations and former Ukrainian Ambassador to Moscow, will speak on April 4 at 4:30pm in McCosh Hall 50. The talk is free and open to the public.
