Mercado, a panelist at the upcoming Princeton-Fung Global Forum on "Modern Plagues: Lessons Learned from the Ebola Crisis," discussed his work in leading USAID's Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) for the Ebola crisis in West Africa.
