Bishal is a medical doctor with further training in public health. He has worked for 7 years designing and delivering healthcare for communities in rural Nepal, including implementing a new professional Community Health Worker program. He is the founder of Karma Health, a nonprofit that is designing a low-cost, dependable model of healthcare for underserved communities. Bishal completed his M.B.B.S. from Maharajgunj Medical Campus in his home country, Nepal, and completed his MPH in global health at Harvard School of Public Health. He interned this past summer with the World Bank Group. He enjoys watching cricket and documentaries and loves milk tea.
