Brian Valichka

Brian attended the University of Delaware and was drafted by the Texas Rangers baseball team in 2005. After four years of professional baseball, Brian quickly realized his childhood dream was ending and decided to make a major life change. In 2008, Brian joined the Air Force and started his 12-year journey in becoming a top instructor in the F-15E Strike Eagle with 1700 flight hours and over 450 combat hours. Prior to Princeton, he was the Director of Operations for the F-15E Weapons School at Nellis Air Force base in Las Vegas, Nevada. This program is the Air Force's premier tactical leadership school, the Weapons Instructor Course (Air Force equivalent to TOPGUN). Upon completing his Master in Public Policy, Brian will return to his military commitment and hopefully command a fighter squadron in the near future. Outside of the library, you will find Brian on the golf course or at a coffee shop drinking overpriced coffee.
