Clare Mcinerney

Clare was born in Bucaramanga, Colombia, and adopted by a U.S. family, growing up in Southern California. Clare completed simultaneous degrees at UC Berkeley in Development Studies and Society and Environment. She has worked in Ghana, Guatemala, and Mexico on various topics, including microfinance, youth development, criminal justice reform, and a global project exploring the intersection of market systems development and private sector engagement. Clare is interested in exploring development aid effectiveness in a rapidly modernizing digital global space.
