Hailing from a small ranching town in eastern Idaho, Christian is a Field I MPA student and SINSI Graduate Scholar. He studied international business, Chinese, and Japanese during his time at the University of Montana, but decided to focus on public policy following a stint working in international market research. Prior to his studies at Princeton, Christian was a student at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) Hopkins-Nanjing Center, where he focused on U.S.-China relations. In his free time, Christian enjoys studying foreign languages, reading, baking, and orienteering.
