Eunji Kim
Biography
Eunji was born and raised in the city of Jinju, home to South Korea’s class liberation movement in the 1920s. Prior to joining Princeton, Eunji worked at the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) as a radio producer. She has produced documentaries, news programs, and entertainment shows for KBS WORLD Radio. Her latest documentary, commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Korean War, aired in the summer of 2020. This past summer, Eunji worked as a research and strategy intern with The Aspen Institute. She is excited to learn about policy work at Princeton and see how positive changes can be made at the intersection of policy and media. She is also curious to examine international cooperation within the context of policy work, especially as part of the first cohort to join the School after the spread of COVID-19. Eunji completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, with majors in political science and journalism and media studies.
