Gillian Tisdale

Gillian graduated from Smith College with a dual degree in philosophy and logic. She has worked in and around the healthcare industry for most of her private sector career, beginning in NYC at ZS Associates, a top pharmaceutical consulting firm, where she specialized in “value and access”. Since then, she has worked at a number of Boston-based tech startups, including as marketing programs manager at Catalant Technologies and as an account director at FullFunnel, a sales and marketing agency, where she managed a large client portfolio and cross-project teams. Over the past few years, she has become particularly interested in health technology, serving as the product marketing lead at Ovia Health, a women’s health app, and most recently as the director of product marketing at Wellthy, a caregiver support solution. She is passionate about sexual and reproductive rights and is dedicated to leveraging the combination of her private sector experience with a SPIA education to create lasting structural change. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in the sun, dancing, painting, and playing with her cats.
