Biography

Justyna is an economist, data scientist, and policymaker focusing on innovation, digitization, and education. Having graduated from top Polish and Australian universities, she is eager to pursue the MPP degree at Princeton University. After gathering experience in a number of high-profile investment funds and consulting companies, where she delivered several projects pertaining to data science and investment banking, she joined the public sector as an advisor to the Minister of Development of Poland. She worked on finance, innovation, and digitization related projects. Subsequently, Justyna served as an advisor to the Minister of Finance and the Prime Minister. She was the creator and first director of the GovTech Centre at the Prime Minister’s Office, responsible for driving and coordinating key strategic initiatives in the public sector. Later, she served as the Prime Minister’s High Representative for Government Technology and the Minister of Education and Science’s High Representative for Digital Transformation. Throughout her public sector career she was responsible for some of the largest government-driven initiatives in the field of education, digitization, innovation, and gamedev. Justyna is a musician, author of historical fiction novels, and regional history enthusiast with a strong interest in the global heritage of the Polish diaspora.
