Justin is a career national security professional and former diplomat with over 15 years of experience serving in operational and leadership roles worldwide. He is a U.S. Government subject matter expert on East Asia, with a focus on strategic competition, rogue states, nonproliferation, and combatting cybercrime. In that capacity, Justin regularly briefed foreign governments, senior defense leaders, and Congressional oversight committees – with his insights directly informing policy decisions at the National Security Council and White House. Prior to SPIA, Justin oversaw all global technical operations for the Department of Defense, managing strategic direction and integration of innovative technologies to advance sensitive programs.
