Kevin grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and Montreal, Quebec. He joins SPIA from The Palladium Group in Washington, D.C., where he analyzed the efficiency and equity of health spending in low- and middle-income countries and delivered data-driven recommendations to government officials and donors on improving health financing. This work has covered the allocation and execution of spending in various areas of health, including HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, family planning, maternal and neonatal health, and nutrition. Prior to Palladium, Kevin worked at Analysis Group, applying econometric and other statistical methods to antitrust litigation and merger review. This summer, he interned with the U.S. Department of the Treasury. At SPIA, Kevin hopes to broaden and sharpen his approach to policy analysis and his understanding of policy challenges and solutions.
