Originally from Maryland, Morgan studied economics at Princeton University. She has worked for the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA) in Stockholm and for a restaurant relief organization in Queens, New York, using data science and GIS. She has also worked as an intern for the Southern New York State Division of the United Nations Association (UNA-USA) and as a Congressional intern. A Scholar in the Nation's Service Initiative (SINSI) Fellow, Morgan is interested in working on policies to promote inclusive economic development. After the first year of her MPA studies, Morgan worked as a SINSI Legislative Analyst at the White House Office of Management and Budget in the Legislative Reference Division.
