Nivedita is a social sector lawyer working at the intersection of law and policy. She has more than 13 years of experience in legal services advising corporations, entrepreneurs, senior executives, nonprofits, foundations, schools and universities across impact areas – education, nutrition, public health, energy, gender, environment, entrepreneurship, and job creation. Her boutique practise, Pacta, is an amalgam of legal and policy consulting services for the not-for-profit sector. Nivedita has spent a substantial part of the last 7 years working with various facets of India's public education system and she is keen to continue this work. She is also an art connoisseur and  is constantly drawing parallels between art and education in relation to happiness.
