Tobin is a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State. He has been a diplomat for more than a decade, with postings in Brazil, Guatemala, Turkey, and Argentina. Prior to joining the State Department, Tobin worked in humanitarian aid in the highlands of Guatemala for five years. He is a father, baker, soccer fanatic, and both thrilled and humbled to study at Princeton. Tobin is originally from San Diego, finished high school in Iowa, and lived in a bunch of different places since then.
