Biography

Originally from Clinton, New York, Theodore (Theo) Wilson spent the past summer interning for the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he drafted policy papers, op-eds, and conducted research on issues related to national security and the rule of law. Before arriving at Princeton, Theo was the Senior Program Officer at Freedom House in Washington, D.C., where he managed programs and advocacy projects related to human rights and democracy in the Middle East and North Africa. Theo also lived in Cairo, Egypt, from 2012 to 2015 and was a program manager for Education for Employment Egypt, an Egyptian youth employment NGO. Theo holds a B.A. in international relations from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and is proficient in Egyptian Arabic. After graduating from Princeton, Theo plans to attend law school in the hopes of becoming an international human rights lawyer.
