Vince graduated with highest honors from Texas Tech University in 2016. He began working as a Peace Corps volunteer immediately after graduation in China, working as an English-language teacher in a rural area called Jiangjin in the municipality of Chongqing. After returning from the Peace Corps, he began working at the Asylum Office in San Francisco, starting as a legal administrative specialist and most recently working as an asylum officer where he interviewed asylum applicants and made legal determinations on their asylum applications. Vince worked this summer as an Early Recovery Programs Intern with Mercy Corps in Bogotá, Colombia.
