Biography

Jacqueline is originally from Minneapolis, MN. She is passionate about immigrants’ rights issues, with her work taking her to different parts of the world. Prior to coming to Princeton, she worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Washington, D.C., where she was responsible for ICRC’s migration file and monitored the humanitarian consequences of the return of asylum seekers to Mexico and Central America. Before this, she worked for the ICRC Headquarters in Geneva as well as in the Paris and Athens offices, where she responded to the needs of migrants arriving from the Mediterranean. Prior to the ICRC, Jacqueline worked for the American Red Cross National Headquarters in their International Services Department. She also worked for the International Rescue Committee assisting with refugee resettlement in the U.S. This summer, she worked with Progressive International for her MPA internship. She earned her bachelor’s degree from American University’s School of International Service in 2013. Jacqueline enjoys swimming, painting, baking, and loves watching true crime documentaries.
