The one-day conference "Beyond the Blueprint," Thursday, June 29, at Princeton University's School for International and Public Affairs, aims to update partners on the initiative's compilation of field-tested interventions and suggest next steps in the evolution on a wellness movement within in the industry.

Presenters at the conference include Garo Hovnanian from McKinsey & Company on how companies should manage the skilled labor shortage; civil construction recruiter Laura Kidd on trends and changes in construction talent recruitment and development; Steve Jones, Senior Director of Industry Insights Research at Dodge Data & Analytics on trends in construction and its human resources; and Jon O'Brien and Chris Martin, hosts of the Building PA Podcast, with a focus on stories from the regional construction landscape.
