We are excited to bring together a stellar group of scholars in the field of minority representation, both in the U.S. and globally, to present on a range of topics that explore the factors influencing the supply of political candidates from various identity groups—including ethnoracial minorities, women, and the working class—and how the candidate pipeline shapes representation in government. The full list of presenters is provided in the flyer. The conference fosters dialogue, stimulates discussions, and encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration for future research. We welcome interested scholars to join us and contribute to a generative workshop experience.
