A screening of the film: “The Man Who Saved the World”

The Woodrow Wilson School will host a screening of the new documentary film "The Man Who Saved the World" at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10 in Bowl 002, Robertson Hall. The film will be followed by a Q&A with Bruce Blair from the Program on Science and Global Security of the Wilson School, a former U.S. Air Force Minuteman intercontinental ballistic missile launch control officer and co-founder of Global Zero (www.globalzero.org), an international organization devoted to eliminating all nuclear weapons. Appointed to the U.S. Secretary of State's International Security Advisory Board in 2011, Blair is a leading expert on U.S. and Russian nuclear weapon policies. The film will be shown as part of "Freshman Seminar 138: Life in a Nuclear-Armed World." The event is co-sponsored with the Coalition for Peace Action
