Mindy Hernandez (MPA '04) and Crystal Hall (PhD '08) will be on hand to speak about how evidence-based analysis and behavioral science insights can improve government performance and efficiency. Specifically, they will introduce their work at GSA's Office of Evaluation Sciences, which combines academic expertise with experience implementing and evaluating evidence-based programming throughout the federal government. OES assists federal offices with conceptual and technical support to develop research designs for program pilot testing, analyze data, conduct rigorous evaluations, and plan scale-up opportunities. Mindy and Crystal will discuss specific employment opportunities at OES that are well-suited for WWS graduates. More info is available at https://oes.gsa.gov.
