Dr. Paolo Falco is a Labour Market Economist at the OECD in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs where he is currently investigating how different megatrends will shape the future of work. He has previously worked at the University of Oxford and collaborated with different international organisations, including the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. His research interests are in the fields of Applied Micro, Labour and Behavioural Economics. He holds a PhD from the University of Oxford.
