Mustafa Basij Rasikh has over a decade of multi-disciplinary work experience. He started his career as a field researcher and analyst with IBM, where he focused on the intersection of political stability and the private sector growth. In 2014, he joined Qara Group as its Managing Director, an Afghanistan-based research, public affairs, and management advisory firm. In this role, he led numerous large-scale programs and research studies, primarily in the areas of health and education, across the country. Currently, Basij Rasikh is an Affiliate at the Center for Health and Wellbeing (CHW), where he continues to focus on factors that impacts health service delivery in context with intractable challenges.
